NYS Government Holiday Initiative

So great to see this from the Governor’s office. It’s a wonderful start.

When Commissioners and other elected and appointed officials take the time to connect with the people they serve, outside of their work parameters, and when they are given kudos for that service, I see potential for a brighter future!

Read on, and thank those that serve for the public good! Let’s make this list twice as long next year (and maybe a few times in-between).

CUOMO ADMINISTRATION CABINET MEMBERS AND STAFF PARTICIPATE IN THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY INITIATIVE

Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today announced that members of his administration will be participating in volunteer activities around the state this week as New Yorkers come together to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.

Today, November 27, Cuomo administration staff will be participating in the following activities:

8:00AM: Joseph Martens, Commissioner, NYS Department of Environmental Conservation will volunteer at the United Church of Cohoes.
