Lauren and I spent about an hour with Kelly and Steffani discussing the power of the AAWCC (American Association of Women in Community Colleges) and the role of women supporting women.<\/p>\n

Through tough conversations, welcoming humor, remote-access learning, and highlighting women leaders, these two are an inspiration and an example to follow. They both work at Onondaga Community College, part of the State University system of NY, and they make NY proud!<\/p>\n

A trim tab is a small part of the rudder system of a boat, small, yet pivotal in directing and managing the course of the vessel. Yup – absolutely women.<\/p>\n
